However, due to the nature of our drop shipping model and our commitment to swift order fulfillment, we are unable to add items to an existing order once it has been placed. If you've found another delightful treasure, we kindly ask you to place a separate order for that item.

How do I know if an item I want is out of stock or back-ordered?

Do you ship orders to Canada?

Absolutely! Our adventures extend beyond borders, and we're thrilled to offer shipping to Canada. You'll find the correct shipping option available at checkout, so you can bring a touch of Lil'Sugarlamb magic to your Canadian doorstep.

Besides shipping to Canada, do you also ship internationally?

For now, our international shipping adventures are on hold. We currently focus on delivering joy and treasures within the United States and Canada. However, never say never! Stay tuned for updates, as we might just spread our wings and embark on global adventures in the future.

I received the wrong item or I'm missing an item in my order. What should I do?
